The Academy bylaws state that there needs to be sixteen qualifying submissions to qualify for five Best Animated Feature nominations. Unfortunately there were only fifteen submissions so that means only three nominees are possible. The fifteen submissions are:

-MEGAMIND
-MY DOG TULIP
-SHREK FOREVER AFTER
-SUMMER WARS
-TANGLED
-TINKER BELL AND THE GREAT FAIRY RESCUE
-TOY STORY 3
I predict that the three nominees will be:

TOY STORY 3
DESPICABLE ME
The award will go to TOY STORY 3
