BAFTA NOMINATIONS

The British Academy of Film Television Arts announced their nominees this morning. THE ARTIST leads with 12 nominations follwowed bt TINKER TAILOR SOLDIER SPY with 11. Leonardo DiCaprio, Rooney Mara, Albert Brooks and Shailene Woodley were all left out.  War Horse received five technical nominations but was left out of all of the major categories.

As time goes on, WAR HORSE continues to lose momentum. I am now wondering if it can get a Best Picture nomination. Especially with Spielberg not getting a DGA nomination. The bad reviews for J.EDGAR have hurt Dicaprio. He may also not get the nomination that everyone was sure about.
